Kickstar is available in acoustic version or full rock band for clubs, special events, weddings or parties.  e-mail band@kickstar.com for more information.

Kickstar is North Central Montana's best power rock trio. The band brings their own brand of high-energy rock music to the stage along with covers of prominent rock artists from the '70s through today. Fronted by female vocalist/bassist Peaches, the band is able to kick out the best tunes from Pat Benetar, Heart and Joan Jett to AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Godsmack, Nirvana and more. Kickstar also enjoys stripping it back to acoustic guitars and a djembe drum to bring versatility to their shows.

Peaches and her husband Jimi Hughes, Kickstar's guitarist, have been rocking Montana's Highline area since July of 2005. The couple relocated to Conrad from the East Coast in 2002 leaving behind a successful showcasing schedule. It took several years to find like-minded musicians and to build a repertoire of cover tunes to satisfy the time requirements of clubs in the area.

Kickstar's drummer is Eric Sundgren, a Montana native from North of Chester. Eric joined the band in early 2006 after years of playing in the Bozeman area with various bands including "Odd Man Out". With diverse abilities on both drums and vocals, the band is able to rock out harmonies and acoustic tunes like no one else.

Among the band's accomplishments are performing at Great Falls' 2006 Riverfest, a scheduled appearance at 2007 "Alive at 5", scheduled as an opening act for national artists "BeatleMania" at Centene Stadium in Great Falls, and over 75 club and special event dates in the last 2 years. The group's original music has also been featured on Z93 FM's "Home Grown" radio broadcast.

Kickstar’s vision is to provide an arena style show in small venues. The band takes pride in playing songs you may not expect. The power and range of Peaches’ vocals allow for that. Kickstar wants to leave an impression on the ears, minds, and lives of the audience.

“Our goal is to rock you, shock you, and make you think twice”

And they do.
